I'm currently on Essex FM (one of the UK's largest local commercial radio stations), my first on air shift at Essex FM was in November 1999 and I've been there on and off ever since.  At the moment I present Saturday afternoons and 'Late Night Essex' (Sunday to Thursday) and regularly cover other shows including drivetime and various daytime shows.   From August 2006 to March 2008 I also presented 'Sunday breakfast' at Invicta FM. 

Additionally, over the past few years you may also have heard me on Ten 17 FM (Harlow), Medway's Mercury FM (including a long stint hosting weekday breakfast), West Kent's Mercury FM, KM-fm, SGR Colchester, Suffolk's SGR FM, Time 106.8 and Classic Gold Breeze.
